[mythtv-users] how bets to get from mythTV/ubuntu 0.20/7.10 to current?

I just migrated from FC6/Myth 0.20 to Mythbuntu 9.04, so I have had
little experience with Mythbuntu. In fact, I am still working on
changes to A) get the front ends and back end to shutdown without my
intervention with keyboard and mouse, B) set the alarm time and
automatically wake up for the next recording job or mythfilldatabase
operation, C) enable wake on lan, and D) figure out how to add more
programs to the Applications menu (- - in Windoze the "Start" menu),
all of which I had managed to setup on FC6.

I could use more details on what to do to migrate/upgrade to Mythbuntu
9.10 when it comes out. If I get the drift of this thread, "all" I
need to do is update the repository lines in /etc/apt/sources.list, do
an update, and follow it with an upgrade. Question is, where do I
find out what the changes should be for the repository lines? Is it
simply changing the path (not able to look right now at the current
values) so some string like ".../mythbuntu/9.04/..." becomes
".../mythbuntu/9.10/..."?

Craig.
