[mythtv-users] ProgramInfo, Error: - should be local, but it can not be found

For the last 3 days I've had problems recording only two shows, Jon
Stewart and Colbert. I'm seeing the following messages in my backend
log file:

I have disk space and other programs are recording fine:

Is this a database problem or something else?

I found some threads where Nick Rout mentioned this script:

but once I downloaded it I find I don't know how to run a perl script
so if it's the right thing to use I figured I'd ask for directions
before I messed things up. I created a script file but I think I have
permission problems or something.

Also, Ive tried going into the Previously Recorded list and just
removing all episodes but that didn't fix it.
