As the person who made up the acronym, I feel compelled to note that
it's FRWOP, which is even more fun to say.  ;)

No, there's no built in functionality to export the HD-PVR stuff--
Avidemux does a fairly decent job on editing the recordings, but isn't
quite perfect yet.
