That issue (the lack of mythconverg.videocountry) will /only/ cause 
problems during the MythVideo database schema update which occurs /only/ 
on starting a 0.22 frontend--which happens /after/ upgrading the MythTV 
TV database schema by mythbackend or mythtv-setup.

Therefore, it's unrelated to the current issue.
