I tried that combination, along with some other meta keys, but couldn't
get anything to come up.  I'm not sure if this is because rEFIt is
interfering with this, or if the Intel macs don't have OpenFirmware.  The
info on the rEFIt page suggests that PPC macs had OpenFirmware, but Intel
