There are screw holes on all 4 sides but in no way could it fit the

I think so. I installed mine In December. At work I have several 4 in
3s that are similar different name on the box but looks like the same
manufacturer.

That I will change. Its a two speed fan but even on slow the fan is
noisy (much louder than the rest of the system). I plan to use the 7V
hack to quiet the thing down or if that does not work use a different
fan with 3 pin plug and use my mobo variable speed controller.
