[mythtv-users] vdpau...8400gs or 9400 gt?

I'm upgrading my backend/frontend for the family room and trying to decide
which card to get for vdpau support.  I've heard rumblings that the 8400gs
is the best card for the advanced deinterlacer but I can't see any reasons
based on the specs that it should be better.  Both have 16 processors,
512MB, similar clock speeds, and the same price.  Could I expect the 9400gt
to handle advanced de-int as well?  Outside of one of these being fanless,
which one would you buy?
