So that this gem of information does not get lost, could you please post 
this on the wiki? You might find a relevant page to which it should be 
added, or to which a reference should be added, pointing to the page you 
add. This is an important finding, and with the digital conversion and 
the prevalence of HDMI outputs on video cards, will become a common problem.
