Yea, I think that's probably the best bet where ever you are.  I'm in
the New York area (central NJ).  ABC out of NY is switching at half
past noon on the 12th, but several others are switching some time
during the evening.  There's at least one case where stations are
swapping frequencies, so one can't go live until the other frees up
the frequency.

I'll probably rescan Friday evening and again on Saturday morning.
