Someone wrote a very nice VDPAU testing tool ; you can assess very
well the performance of your code for both decoding and deinterlacing.

As the HD-PVR is known to generate some of the most difficult to
decode H264 HD files, I think it would be worth using for the h264
test a file that comes from a HD-PVR.

Could someone with a HD-PVR post a sample of a HD recording somewhere
? something known to be hard to playback..
