I run a combined Freeview and Freesat backend setup thats serves in
total 12 frontends (6 pretty constant, 6 occasional). In total there
are 7 Freeview Tuners and 4 Freesat Tuners in the system.  HD is not a
problem.

When you say you can't buy a setup rather then detailing what hardware
you have in mind it would make more sense to detail how many frontends
and what loading you see (i.e. running constantly or occasional).  Is
this for a commercial environment or for yourself? (I ask because you
signed as a company).
