Their services seem a tad vague, plus it's windows-only software.  I'm also

Something that sounds too good to be true probably is.

This reminds me very much of the bootleg DVDs that are
rampant these days. They offer you collections of old
shows at unbelievable prices and this is stuff you can't
find anywhere else (like Amazon).

What's actually legal is probably remarkably lame. What
isn't illegal (or lame) is bound to be integrated with 
Boxee.
