may I suggest the
ASUS EN8400GS
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121235

it has the G98 chipset which supports VP3 (the latest and greatest of
PureVideo, full VC-1 support). theres no HDMI sadly, but it doesn't
look like a G98 card with HDMI will out anytime soon and this card is
$30 after MIR.
