I could be doing it wrong, but I am just using the data that was
captured with wireshark..

udp://239.192.1.60:7534:fe5d6c12-56d8-4df4-bfc3-f04ee519ce26

The data goes on, but I figured this was the relevant part.  I tried
it both ways and got a timeout each time.
