This is what my top output shows as well. Look at the PR column for
mythfrontend. It shows 20. Now look at the line for migration. It shows
RT. From this output it appears to me that mythfrontend is not really
running with realtime priority. You can also run schedtool {PID} to see
what a process is running as.

Mine shows this in the log as well. 

Stay tuned I am hoping to get to the bottom of this.
