Not sure if this is what you want but here it is:

  PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
 6936 dad       20   0  303m 175m  27m S    1  8.7 239:00.50 mythfrontend.re
 5972 root      15  -5     0    0    0 S    0  0.0  10:08.03 kdvb-fe-0
 6002 root      15  -5     0    0    0 S    0  0.0  10:08.93 kdvb-fe-1
    1 root      20   0  2844 1692  544 S    0  0.1   0:01.10 init
    2 root      15  -5     0    0    0 S    0  0.0   0:00.00 kthreadd
    3 root      RT  -5     0    0    0 S    0  0.0   0:00.00 migration/0

And from the log:
2009-02-20 09:43:04.908 TV: Changing from None to WatchingPreRecorded
2009-02-20 09:43:04.910 Using realtime priority.

This was configured per this
http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-5.html#ss5.4
/etc/security/limits.conf

*               -       rtprio     0
*               -       nice       0
@dad            -       rtprio     50
@dad            -       nice       0

Hope this is what you were looking for.
