You don't have to type in the address.
This is from memory so could be called something different. In Yast choose
"Add Repositories", then "Community Repositories", "Next", then choose the
Nvidia repository, then "Finish".

With the latest Nvidia driver RPMs I have seen that you need to run
nvidia-xconfig as root in a console in order to actually use the Nvidia
driver. Check your xorg.conf. It should use the "nvidia" driver not "nv".
