2 problems, 2 simple answers, all covered regularly on here!
First off, create your cards in increasing order of priority, so least
favourite first to most favourite last. Because yo u added a "worsdt" card
last, mythtv thinks it is the best! You need to delete all your cards from
myth and re-add them in the correct order.
Second, you need to make sure that different channels that provide
substantially the same output have the same callsign assigned to them. For
example on my system (UK), I can receive BBC1 from 3 separate sources -
over the air terrestrial tv, over the air DVB-T, and cable. I give them
all the same callsign and they are seen as 3 sources of the same thing,
and only 1 copy of each program is recorded. This is despite the fact that
one version of BBC1 that I receive is "regional" and thus will
occasionally carry different programs at the same time, but usually they
are the same.
