What you are describing here seems to be that you are not downmixing the 
audio to stereo before sending it out.  Under setup->general 
settings->hmmm, either the 2nd or 3rd page there are some settings for 
the audio.  I'm think it's the line that's labeled max channels or 
something, you have an option of stereo or 5.1.  You need to select the 
stereo to mix all the channels into stereo.  Sorry about the lack of 
detail, but I'm doing this off the top of my head.
