I don't believe dupllicate IDs on the wire is the problem.  I
suspected Time Warner might be passing the station ID on the SD
simulcasts.  I just did a scan outside of Myth and that's not the
case.

I need to do a new scan myself from within Myth to pick up 8.3 and
13.2 which were recently added.  I will let you know if I run into the
same problem.

You'll only find the locals and a small smattering of SD channels like
CSPAN and HSN.  You might want to check out the Time Warner DFW thread
on DSL Reports (http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,16660665).  It
often has useful information.  Someone periodically posts an Excel
spreadsheet with the current QAM mappings.  In fact, we should be due
for a new one with the new channels getting added tomorrow.
