Yeah ,I worked in Schenectady.. I polluting of the river is a funny 
deal..The EPA gave them a permit to dump PCBs in the Hudson..Then they 
put a ban on PCB's and stopped the dumping.. I only live about 20 miles 
from that plant...
They just started the clean up this past spring..It's going to cost in 
the neighborhood od 750 million to clean the river...So far they all 
they have done is make a mess.. The ppm of pcb is off the scale...
