Is hard padding removed when we run out of tuners? So if we have:
Show A: 8:00pm - 8:30pm
Show B: 8:00pm - 8:30pm
Show C: 8:30pm - 9:00pm
and I add hard padding:
Show A: 7:59pm - 8:31pm
Show B: 7:59pm - 8:31pm
Show C: 8:29pm - 9:01pm
but I only have two tuners, is the hard padding removed?
If so, how do we globally add hard padding, because manually adding it is a pain.

A perfect case for using a hard-padding to force the recording to
another available tuner. I have a global soft-padding of 15 seconds
pre- and 30 seconds post-roll on all my shows. A couple of them tend
to go right to the end, so I put a "record 1 minute past the end" on
those shows so I know I will get that extra minute at the end even if
there's another program immediately following.
Ahh... if only networks could agree on what time it was and follow the
schedule they put in place for themselves..
