I do build 0.21-fixes packages from time to time. They are based on the
Ununtu MythTV packaging. I have etch and sid chroots for that. What
version do you need? I'll try to build the latest packages during the
next days if you want. The current packages are from the end of April
2008.

Unfortunately, debian-multimedia.org changed the version scheme of the
MythTV packages, so they are always considered as more recent than my
packages. To fix this, you can put these lines into
/etc/apt/preferences:

Package: *
Pin: release o=Unofficial Multimedia Packages
Pin-Priority: 499
