[mythtv-users] AFD error

so on occasion I get a bunch of these messages in my BE log file:

2008-09-07 01:57:23.940 AFD Error: Unknown decoding error
2008-09-07 01:57:24.227 [h264 @ 0xb7278188]B picture before any references, skipping
2008-09-07 01:57:24.227 [h264 @ 0xb7278188]decode_slice_header error
2008-09-07 01:57:24.228 [h264 @ 0xb7278188]no frame!

some shows I get them some I dont, when I do it goes several a second for some portion
of the show.
Im not sure if this is from the recording part or the commercial flagging part.
anyone have any ideas/comments/suggestions?

things work, just I try to avoid understand and get rid of log messages whenever possible.
