I'm thinking about this too. Newegg might be your friend. Check out the advanced search tab on newegg for AM2 motherboards:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/PowerSearch.aspx?N=2010200022&SubCategory=22&GASearch=3
For Intel motherboards, there seem to be more to choose from:

I wish newegg didn't make you first choose AMD versus Intel.
What I do is select the single most important item on the list and hit search. If there are too many to make browsing fun, I go back and select the next most important item and hit search again to refine it down to one page. I also sort by "Best Rating".
The Geforce motherboards fit your requirements as I understand them and they have all of those devices onboard. I would like a Geforce 8300, but XvMC is not supported on them so HD video might not look so
nice. So, I'm down to the Geforce 7 series. But there aren't many to
choose from, and they don't have enough SATA ports and PCIe slots for
me.
I haven't yet determined how well the AMD 780 and 790 series work. Anyone with experience to share? I'm a bit distrustful of them becuase, as far as I recall, their linux/x11 drivers weren't so good.
So maybe this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188024 with a fanless graphics card. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127386 ?
Good luck. I can't make up my mind.
