[mythtv-users] SATA errors? ata3.00 exception

You don't mention what distro you are using which would help, there was a
bug in Fedora and possibly related spins that caused something similar,
think that it could be got around with:

libata.pata_dma=1

As a boot option for the kernel, If my memory serves me well. Failing that
then don't discount the possibility of failing hardware, been down that road
myself with hardware I thought was sound.

Just some random thoughts that may be useful!
