[mythtv-users] chan up/down succeeds, but change directly to a channel fails

One additional note: turning on Browse Mode means that every channel
change, even to a channel adjacent to the one I'm watching, fails.  Without
browse mode, channel changes to adjacent channels succeed, albeit slowly.

Here's the frontend log from a failed channel change.  Executing the same
change outside of MythTV (i.e. with the external change script) works
seamlessly.
