[mythtv-users] Time Zone settings on OS X frontend break connection to Linux backend

Looks like the new timezone settings check it angry when using an OS X  
Frontend against a Linux backend.
I downloaded the frontend version from thesniderpad that matches my  
newly self-compiled compiled mythbackend:
bderman at mythtv:~$ mythbackend --version

Any ideas how to get around this? I think Mr. Dean is working on this
