My choice was to get an ATI HDTV Wonder from eBay. The one I got was $22
including shipping and a warranty. It's fully supported in Linux for both
OTA and QAM HD as well as broadcast and cable NTSC. If you are interested,
make sure you get the R-10827 model (PCI interface, two F connectors, DIN
connector below those, big tuner box, single ATI labelled chip below tuner).
Later versions may not be supported.
