Even even better, go to the Watch Recordings screen, use M to change the
filter to show LiveTV recordings, then go to the LiveTV recording you
want to delete, then select it and use I to get the Action Popup.  It
should display a popup allowing you to "Show Details" or "Delete". 
Choose "Delete," then confirm that you want to delete it even though the
file is gone.
