Have now patched mplayer svn with coreavc-for-linux

Will play BBC HD, but not ITV HD. I have tried all the demuxers
available in mplayer but trying to play the ITV HD clip gives sound
only- it cannot find the video stream.

Interestingly, CPU usage is about 20% higher when using the coreavc
decoder than the standard ffmpeg. Well done open source team!
