Yeah, I found that one too and after spending way too much time on this 
today I could hardly find a single other card that was nVidia, 
passively cooled, and does audio over HDMI.  If you go to higher price 
points (over $150) there are a few other options like the Asus EN9600GT 
Silent but that thing is so huge it physically won't fit in a lot of 
HTPCs, including mine.

So I'm just going to give it a try, since as you say it appears to be 
the perfect card.  [For posterity's sake, we're talking about the MSI 
NX8500GT-MTD256EH.]
