Well, *I* thought he was saying that he was the sole arbiter of what's
on-topic for thie list this month because he's bound by law to read
every posting without skipping a single one, and he wants to reduce his
work load... but what do I know? :-)
In actual fact, though, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the devs who
do the DBMS-edge work actually had an answer for this. But given the
general anti-OT attitude this week, I wouldn't have asked it there,
either, even though it's arguably more ontopic there than here.
