That is, in fact, the most common cause of MythWeb issues post 
upgrade--getting a corrupt MythWeb application directory.  This can 
happen from svn update'ing in place, from copying a new app over an old 
(and leaving old garbage in place), or a number of other things.

Deleting the whole MythWeb directory and re-installing is always a good 
thing to try first when you have problems right after upgrade (other 
than permissions problems--i.e. if you get to MythWeb and it doesn't 
work, then re-install).
