I finally figured out what I screwed up on the mythweb setup.  I had a 
typo in the mythweb directory setting in mythweb.conf.  Now it is 
working great.  Thanks for the help there.  Now I just have to get the 
themes to load so I can run mythfrontend or mythsetup on my master 
backend...
