Any CF-to-IDE adapter will work, as the CompactFlash standard is, at
it's heart, IDE. All a CF-to-IDE adapter has to do is to convert the
electrical connections from 40-pin 3mm IEC + Molex power to CF. The
rest is handled by the card itself, which presents itself as a small
hard-drive. Some newer CF cards even support UDMA like hard-drives.
However, the CF-to-SATA adapters I'm not so sure about. I don't have
any experience with those, so I can't tell you what compatibility they
have. But given they are just presenting a standard hard-drive-like
interface to the computer, I don't see any issue there either.
