[mythtv-users] Correct configuration of DVB-T and Analog

I'm setting up a system with 1 DVB-T feed (HVR1300) and 2 analog feeds
(PVR150) in Switzerland and I am having problems trying to work out
the best or even workable source/channel/xmltv setup.

Over DVB-T I can receive about 12 channels and via analog about 40.
About 6 - 7 channels are covered by DVB-T and analog, about 5 -6 via
DVB-T only and the rest via analog only

I have EPG data in xmltv format from one (fast) source (TV Movie) for
nearly all channels but I need to use a second (slow) source for some
french and italian channels and some local swiss channels. Also I
can't cover all channels on a particular card (DVB-T or analog) with
one epg source - I need to have different sources for different
channels on the same card.

Can I re-define the source per channel in the Channel Editor in
mythtv-setup or is it only possible to define a source for all
channels on one card as in the 'input connection' setup? The channel
editor seems to allow this but when I started to set things up I
seemed to get odd results (eg duplicated channels).

Or is there a simpler way and I'm missing it?

Any ideas would be most welcome

John
