[mythtv-users] Anyone else have guide data problems? (SchedulesDirect only)

On my part, I think the issue is that I honestly believe that SD will
listen to my complaints and take action, and won't make me feel stupid
in the process. I've had issues with my TiVo data now and then, but
I've never complained about it. Why? First...where do I complain? Call
their 1-800 number and complain to some minimum wage phone operator
who will ask me to reboot the system, and when that doesn't work ask
me to force another data download and then give it several hours to
process the data and to call back if it's not fixed in several hours?
Sorry...I think I'd rather just deal with the bad listings.
