[mythtv-users] SEEKTABLE don't work when importing mpeg files in MythTv ?

Better would be to move the MPEG-2 seektable building functionality from
mythtranscode into mythcommflag (as Chris Pinkham has suggested previously).

Though, there has been some push to get #1088 sorted out properly, recently.
