Interesting because if you search the web, they all say that in the UK
and in Commonwealth countries that it is called "Fair Dealing". For
example, this one:

Just search for "Fair Dealing".

OK,, just check again, it seems like "Fair Use" is used informally too,
but "Fair Dealing" is used in formal documents.
