[mythtv-users] making a different input "default"

You might be able to do using the "avoid conflicts with live TV" setting 
where it will use the lowest priority tuner to watch live TV, keeping 
the higher priority ones open for recordings (the first tuner should be 
considered the higher priority one all other things being equal I 
believe). I think that's either in general settings or playback settings.

Also might be possible by assigning that card a lower priority in 
mythtv-setup. That would have a side effect of using that card last for 
recordings as well though.
