Frontends don't record programs, so I have to assume you're asking,
"What happens if two frontends /watching LiveTV/ change to the same
channel?" If so, you record two copies.

This, however, sounds like you're asking for a way of deleting the
program from the Watch Recordings list of one frontend without deleting
it from the Watch Recordings list of other frontends. If so, it's
currently impossible and will remain that way until a proper multi-user
aware MythTV is created. Many users have said they want it enough to
work on it. No one has actually done much work on it, though. The most
work was done in the multiuser branch (from the Google SoC a couple
years ago), but it's so far behind current SVN that it may not be a good
starting point, anymore.

For now, the best you could probably do is create recording groups (i.e.
frontend1, frontend2, both), record programs into both, then if you
watch one on frontend1, move it to frontend2, etc. As you get more
frontends, this gets much more challenging, but if TV were easy, who'd
want it?
