2 Suggestions:

- Which NVidia driver version?  Are you able to try different NVidia
drivers?  I found that TV out works on one version of the driver, DVI
does not.  In an older version of the driver, it is reversed.
- Can you post your xorg.conf to a website like http://pastebin.ca?
