[mythtv-users] Myth won't play DVDs, video is shaky

No, the one in Utilities/Setup>Setup>Media Settings>Video  
Settings>General Settings>3rd Screen. Location of DVD device:

Did you bother to check to see if you were in fact setting it to  
something that exists?
