[mythtv-users] ATI and Blue Hue problem

Hey all.
I just upgraded to MythTV 0.21, and upon trying to watch TV, doh!, I got the blue hue problem. I've had this before, and used the workaround posted numerous times of uncommenting the hack defined in videoout_xv.cpp.
However, the hack is no longer there. I can't find either the USE_ATI_PROPRIETARY_DRIVER_XVIDEO_HACK or the USE_HACK_FOR_BROKEN_I420_SUPPORT_IN_DRIVER defines in the videoout_xv.cpp. Checking the wiki, I see I can insert this into my database now:
INSERT INTO settings (value, data, hostname) VALUES ("BrokenI420Hack", 1, "$YOUR_HOSTNAME");
I inserted this record, still no go. Blue faces galore. (Yes, I changed $YOUR_HOSTNAME to my real hostname.) :-)
I did a grep on the MythTV source for "BrokenI420Hack" and nothing came up.
What or where is the workaround for this issue in MythTV 0.21?
ATI 9550 (RV350), using the latest ATI/AMD fglrx drivers (8.4) and MythTV 0.21.
