[mythtv-users] Recordings missing?

Hi,My mythtv box has been running ok for a while. The
backend occasionally dies but I use monit now to ensure it starts.

Last night I noticed that the thumbnail previews of several recent
recordings were not there. Actually it was my 8 year old Son who alerted me
to the fact he could not watch 'Ben 10' !
Choosing to play the recording gave me an error to the effect "recording
file is missing".
This was both from mythweb and the front end (combined be/fe)

I looked through the backend log and some things which looked different to
normal:-

There were many of the "Device or resource busy" and then several of the
UNABLE/TO/FIND

I decided to restart the mythtv PC and since then it has been fine. (touches
head). I scheduled 4 concurrent recordings on my 2 x DVB tuner cards and it
worked as expected.


I'd not noticed this before but when I did look back through all he
recordings as displayed in mythweb, I did notice some from a month or so ago
with no thumbnails, maybe 4 or 5.

Is this something to worry about?

I'm running Myth 0.21 on Ubuntu 7.10 (upgraded from 6.10, 7.04 and 0.20)
