With my Athlon 64 X2 4000 I find that using 50% as the threshold 
provides good SD digital playback at 1GHz while HD pushes the cpu freq 
to 2.1GHz. I found that HD playback was not good at 1GHz and the default 
80% threshold wouldn't push the freq up consistently.
