I've come to the conclusion that what we're seeing right now is the same 
as the 1960s.  A massive collision course between the establishment 
which fundamentally doesn't understand the new reality and the 
well-informed but socially different populace.

Just like the 60s, the "establishment" doesn't stand a chance since 
there's a lot more of us than them - but it will take a while for said 
"establishment" to understand that it is irrelevant, and that it has to 
change radically to conform to the new reality.
