[mythtv-users] 1 lineup, 2 sources (ananlog and digital)

You need to setup one schedules direct account and have two lineups on that
one account. One for SD and one for HD. The HD lineup will only have HD
channels on it so you won't get overlap and double channels in your guide.
Then go in to mythtv-setup and tell the appropriate tuner to the appropriate
listing. You should have two listing in mythtv-setup.
