No, 

You would not be able to get ATSC / QAM without a ATSC / QAM tuner. The 
Westinghouse listed in my original question does not have those, so you'd 
have to run a hdhomerun unit. 

Guessing the only HD channels you would get are the freeones over your basic 
cable (Comcast here) and will have to pay extra for the special channels that 
are encrypted HD?
